Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the Southwold area.

Job Summary:

RhynoCare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statutes influencing the operation of the Nursing Home and nursing department.
  • Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.
