Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at The North West Company LP. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
