Handyman Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Handyman to join our team at Chander. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including drywall installation, framing, flooring, kitchen countertop installation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair drywall, ensuring a smooth and even finish
• Construct and install framing for walls and ceilings
• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, and carpet
• Install kitchen countertops and sinks
• Repair and install baseboards and shoe moulds
• Install doors and windows
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures and appliances

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
