About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Associate to join our team at Sunland Real Estate. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your marketing expertise to drive business growth and expansion.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters. You will also conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, as well as social or economic surveys to assess development potential and future trends. Additionally, you will design market research questionnaires, conduct online marketing campaigns, and develop marketing strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Project is required. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a large workload is also essential.

Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with a permanent contract and 30-40 hours of work per week. Public transportation is available, making it easy to get to and from work.
