Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Maximum Home Support Services. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and perform light housekeeping duties in various locations, working in the employer's/client's home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
