About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Operations Manager to lead our team at Alpi's TIRE DEPOT.

Job Description
  • Manage and oversee store operations, ensuring seamless daily functions.
  • Determine product offerings and pricing strategies for optimal sales growth.
  • Evaluate current procedures and implement new policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality products for resale.
  • Develop effective marketing plans to engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Create and manage budgets to monitor revenue and expenses.
  • Plan and coordinate staffing requirements to meet business demands.
  • Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
