We're seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a PSW with ComForCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while living your best life possible.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing support to our clients as per their individualized care plans, ensuring their comfort and safety are met to the extent possible. You'll also provide socialization, conversation, and emotional reassurance, encourage participation in meaningful activities, and assist with meal prep, outings, medication reminders, games, and social interaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a PSW certificate or equivalent experience, be gentle, patient, and kind, and have an understanding and passion for working with seniors. Prior experience with individuals who have dementia is an asset, as is experience working with people in their home and interacting with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner.
