We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team at Brandt Development Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals
- Work at heights safely with the use of aerial work platforms and ladders
- Rig, hoist, and move materials with the assistance of mobile cranes and other equipment within the worksite
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Ensure a safe working environment in a high-paced construction setting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a construction environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Safety training in fall protection and aerial platform preferred
- Ability to work shift work and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
