Responsibilities
  • Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce a variety of baked goods.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including custom cakes and pastries.
  • Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Food Allergies: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
