- Special Orders: Prepare special orders, including custom cakes and pastries.
- Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Food Allergies: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
