About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team as a PMIS (Program/Project Management Information Systems) specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing client environments and developing digital solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Client Environments

You will utilize a structured approach to discover, develop, and deliver digital solutions that enable clients to achieve desired outcomes and benefits.

Design Documents and Technical Specifications

You will produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional solution requirements and end-to-end data processes.

Identify Opportunities for Improvement

You will identify opportunities for improvement and promote them throughout our teams while inspiring others through commitment and enthusiasm.

Foster Inclusive Team Culture

You will foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance.

Develop Action Plans

You will translate client data and digital strategy into clear action plans that make a tangible difference and lead performance improvement initiatives.

Manage Internal and External Parties

You will manage internal and external parties to successfully achieve client deliverables.

Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Strong Background in Digital Transformation

A strong background in the delivery of digital transformation and associated consultancy projects in relevant sectors such as real estate, transport, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, defense, or central government is required.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Enthusiastic Problem-Solver

An enthusiastic ability to work autonomously and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Data and Digital Roles Experience

Experience in Data and Digital roles such as Digital Consultant, Digital Architect, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Understanding of Business Analysis Methods

An understanding and experience of business analysis methods and models, digital strategy and transformation, data strategy including data architecture, modeling, governance, and literacy, extracting, integrating, and querying large datasets from multiple sources, and setting up and maintaining automated management information and analytics solutions are valuable.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent

A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent is required.

Minimum 5 Years Professional Experience

A minimum of 5 years professional experience in management consulting, business management, software development, project management, or information technology is required.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Turner & Townsend offers a competitive benefits package, including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and health insurance.
