We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Junior High Generalist Teacher to join our team at Conklin Community School. As a Generalist Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to students in grades 4-9.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Champion the use of Cree language and culture in the classroom and support the school's commitment to Indigenous education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student success.
• Support the school's efforts to engage with parents and the community.

• Alberta teaching certification and a Teaching Quality Standard certificate.
• Bachelor of Education (BEd.) degree.
• Successful years of teaching experience in rural and/or Indigenous communities.
