Job Title: Marketing Analytics Analyst

BioAro Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing and sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
