Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in various corporate and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in corporate organizations and re-organizations
  • Provide expertise in the sale and purchase of franchised businesses
  • Experience with business asset purchase and sale transactions
  • Assist in the purchase of commercial properties
  • Structured financings and private placements
  • Business acquisitions and dispositions
  • Draft and negotiate general corporate and commercial agreements
Requirements
  • Law degree and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • 5+ years related corporate/commercial law experience
  • Proven working ability to handle files independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
