About the Job

Pocketcash ATM's is seeking a skilled Drywall Applicator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners and fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets, positioning and securing them to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
