About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at HM International Consulting Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability
    • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Financial Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and coordinators
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g. Excel, financial planning and analysis tools)
