Job Description

As a Bilingual Senior Project Manager - ICI, you will report to the Vice President of Operations and work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of projects from design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Develop and manage construction project budget forecasts, ensuring accurate cost control.
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor execution schedules, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to drive continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
  • Assist the management team in various related tasks, contributing to the organisation's growth and success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in the construction field, with a strong background in ICI projects.
  • Proven project management and people management experience, with a track record of delivering high-value projects.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of organisation and professionalism.
  • Strong command of reading plans and specifications, with excellent knowledge of construction standards and law.
  • Perfect bilingualism (French and English) in both spoken and written communication.
  • PMP and LEED accreditation are assets, but not required.
