Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Northstar Quilting and Supplies Inc is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Public Relations: Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes to engage with our target audience.
  • Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our products and services.
  • Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gather insights on our target audience and inform our marketing strategies.
  • Program Development: Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to engage with our target audience.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand's creative work.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business plans to achieve our marketing goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
