Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our department, providing administrative services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as supervising office and volunteer staff.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a productive and efficient work environment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Location: Saint-Constant, QC
- Workplace information: Hybrid
- Salary: $31.25/hour for 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
- Starts as soon as possible
