Job Description

This role will lead our digital project management efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale digital projects. You will be responsible for managing delivery roadmaps, release schedules, and supporting Project Managers/CENs in delivery strategy and risk management.

You will analyze reports, produce summaries for executives, and actively participate in coordination meetings and information flow. Additionally, you will support teams on project management best practices, support members in their HR development, and organize the community of practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) and JIRA tools are essential for this role. You should have 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale digital projects (web and mobile). Leadership skills and team management experience to foster team engagement and well-being are also required.

You should be able to negotiate changes in scope, budget, or schedule with partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary for success in this role.

Compensation Package
