Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security guards to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Certifications: Hold a valid CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
- Transportation: Possess a valid driver's licence.
- Work Conditions: Be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, strong judgement, and the ability to work as part of a team.
