Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant - Cleaning and Maintenance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
