Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Malwa Motels Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Describe menu items including daily specials to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each dish.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and trays, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet patrons and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Provide customer service that exceeds expectations, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
