About the Role:
In this dynamic position as a Wealth Management Associate at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our discerning high-net-worth clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior advisors and private bankers with administrative tasks related to managing clients' accounts, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions and portfolio analyses.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality customer service, preparing client meetings, and acting as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, facilitating effective communication between operational departments.
- Carry out various administrative tasks related to business development and financial transactions, promoting cross-functional collaboration.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A college diploma and two years of relevant experience are essential, with office administration studies being an asset. Additionally, you must have successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Business Practices Handbook Course. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also necessary.
