Job Title: Placement Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Officer to join our team at MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill staffing needs.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 32 to 40 hours per week.
