Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GANGABHAVANI CORPORATION. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and participate in visual merchandising efforts to ensure an attractive display of products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive working relationship.

Requirements
