Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Stoney Creek Peterbilt location. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing sales support to our Sales managers and the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate sales support through email and telephone communication with Sales managers, Territory Managers, and Customers.
  • Assist Territory Managers with technical sales information, quote preparation, quote log maintenance, and margin approvals prior to customer presentations.
  • Support sales with territory mapping, industry research, lead generation, and tender documents for sales activity.
  • Contribute to the content and maintenance of marketing materials such as product brochures, email/mail coordination, and website content.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating used inventory website content, pricing with Sales managers' direction.
  • Collect sales data and create various reports as requested.
Requirements:
  • Superior communication skills in person, on the phone, and email.
  • Professional and courteous in all communications with customers, branch personnel, and internal contacts.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is considered an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
  • Strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the truck & trailer industry preferred.
