About the Role
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on PeopleSoft configuration and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex project issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for implementation projects.
  • Participate in work planning and status reporting to ensure project success.
  • Perform thorough functional analysis to recommend effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation through engagement with clients.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer to clients during and at the completion of projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience implementing PeopleSoft version 8.x from a functional perspective.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma with a concentration in Education, Administration, or Business.
  • A proven track record of success in previous roles, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent team player with leadership and team-building abilities, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, HCM, and/or Payroll.
  • Previous consulting experience.
