Job Summary

LMI Technologies, a leading technology company, is seeking a skilled Software Developer in Test III to join our Vision Software team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests for various software components, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement tests for software requirements.
  • Develop and maintain software tests and testing scripts for measurement tools and 3D data acquisition algorithms.
  • Perform manual testing and broaden automated test coverage.
  • Assist in debugging test failures and perform peer code reviews.
  • Maintain test automation and continuous integration scripts.
  • Curate and expand testing data and hardware libraries.
  • Investigate new testing methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects and adhere to LMI Employee Policy Manual.
Requirements
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a software test engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • Programming experience in C++, C, Python, and strong mathematics background.
  • Knowledge and experience in planning tests, defining test scope, and identifying functional, performance, and robustness test criteria.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and source control management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team and strong DevOps experience.
