About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Glassbox Barbershop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert haircuts and styling services to clients, including cuts, trims, and shaves.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages to promote relaxation and well-being.
  • Supervise and train junior barbers and apprentices to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
