Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at ONETOUCH HOME HEALTHCARE & SKILLS TRAINING INC. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients.
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer activities.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed.
