About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our food service team. As a Customer Service Representative - Food Service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with every visit.

You will work closely with our kitchen staff to prepare and serve delicious meals, manage orders and payments efficiently, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve meals to customers, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage orders and payments accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in food service, customer-facing roles, or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
