Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Watson Motor INN.

Job Summary: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following established recipes and presentation guidelines. Determine the size of food portions and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Cost Control: Determine the size of food portions and costs.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Food Safety: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Team Management: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
