About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
