Merchandising Specialist - Flowers and Plants

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have a strong work ethic? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee the merchandising of flowers and plants at multiple retail locations. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining sections, restocking, and ensuring that all plants and flowers are healthy and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

  • Performing merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores
  • Maintaining sections, including restocking and ensuring the dead plants are removed
  • Addressing any out-of-stock issues
  • Cleaning our sections, including dusting display fixtures
  • Watering the plants and flowers
  • Submitting daily visit reports and call reports
  • Visiting the store three times a week
  • Creating and maintaining a good relationship with the store manager
  • Removing any dead leaves or blooms
  • Removing any unsalable product
  • Taking photos of the display

Qualifications and Requirements

Your home location should be within 10 KM of our retail store by car. You should be able to lift up to 25lbs and have a smartphone with access to the internet.
