**Job Summary**

Supports the Manufacturing Engineering team by providing and maintaining documents, including work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensures all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all Carfair sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Creates and documents Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the support of the Manufacturing Engineer team.
  • Manages the Carfair database of Work Instructions (WI) to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Ensures WIs and SOPs are accessible and compliant with ISO standards, especially in preparation for audits.
  • Collaborates with the Manufacturing Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Production teams for all Carfair sites.
  • Prepares and maintains documentation related to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes.
  • Ensures seamless communication and documentation processes.
  • Provides administrative assistance as required to the ME team, ensuring efficient operation and project completion.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Understanding of bill of materials and routings generation and maintenance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Skills to read and understand blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Windows, email, and scheduling software.
  • Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts is a plus.
