Child Caregiver

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at Praksh Household. As a key member of our household support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household care and support in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to keep our home tidy and organized
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their basic needs are met
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into confident and capable individuals
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring their well-being and safety
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and emotional development
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring our children receive the best possible care
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, promoting healthy sleep habits and routines
- Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field
- Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Judgement and reliability, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities with ease
