Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools that provide clarity and visibility into business performance.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Building and managing complex data pipelines from internal and external sources to map to data warehouse schema.
- Supporting data process automation workflows to improve effectiveness of stakeholders' analytics processes with various internal and external data sources.
- Collaborating with data science to prepare data for machine learning, including feature engineering and preprocessing.
- Integrating machine learning outputs into BI tools and workflows, enabling stakeholders to use advanced analytics in decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, with a focus on aligning analytics with business goals.
- Proven track record of producing insights that have directly impacted business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in BI tools and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Experience working with data lakes, data transformation models, and large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and integrating ML outputs into decision-making processes.
- Ability to work backward from business requirements to develop analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
