Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at Partap Farm as a Farm Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various farm tasks and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily farm tasks, including but not limited to, harvesting, planting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors, including but not limited to, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining farm equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to farm operations.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
