About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and tradespeople
  • Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
  • Develop and implement electrical plans and specifications for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical work is integrated into the overall project plan
  • Provide training and guidance to electrical technicians and tradespeople to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and control electrical costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials and services
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in electrical supervision or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
