We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Tasty Sweets and Restaurant Ltd. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to ensure quality and consistency
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for storage and display
  • Remove bones from meat to ensure food safety and quality
  • Cut poultry into parts and cut fish into steaks and fillets to meet customer preferences
  • Grind meats to meet customer demands
  • Slice cooked meats to ensure presentation and quality
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer expectations
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Operate band saws to cut meats efficiently and effectively
