About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals and Culinary. This is a critical role that requires a change leader and influencer who can build a strategic vision, set the agenda, and oversee the innovation launch calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the innovation launch calendar and ensure alignment from cross-functional partners, including national, regional, channel, and customer-specific innovations.
  • Lead strategy and execution for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals & Culinary, partnering with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels.
  • Develop whitespace strategies for innovation and growth in On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a marketing team of 3, while maintaining strong dotted-line managerial linkage to cross-functional partners.
  • Play a key role on the PFC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), PFC ILT (Innovation Leadership Team), and Growth Council.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred)
  • Expertise in simplifying complexity and developing executable strategies for cross-functional partners.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership and a proven track record of coaching and developing.
