Key Responsibilities- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage a team of 15-30 production staff
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
