  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Carefully inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Maintain a reliable and efficient internal record-keeping system to track inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Accurately record shortages and reject damaged goods to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Safely and efficiently pack goods to be shipped, ensuring they are properly secured and labeled.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Carefully unpack goods received, verifying their condition and accuracy.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are handled with care and transported safely.
  • Pay and Receive Payments for Goods: Process payments for goods received, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, loader, pallet lifters, powered crane.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
