Job Summary

KBR Transport INC is seeking a skilled Transport Truck Driver to join our team. As a Transport Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a semi-trailer truck to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate a semi-trailer truck to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured and protected during transport.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and cargo delivery to meet customer requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the transportation industry, preferably with a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
  • Skills: Excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Certifications: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and any other required certifications.
