Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to support our daily operations in a part-time capacity. As a Multiskilled Worker, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform housekeeping duties, maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
  • Assist with food preparation, setup, and cleanup, as well as serving meals and delivering trays to residents.
  • Perform duties according to health and safety guidelines and report any injuries or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • A valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
