Job Title: Splunk L1/L2 Support
Job Description:

At Astra North Infoteck Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Splunk L1/L2 Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our Splunk infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Splunk-related issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for Splunk operations.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to support business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Lead the efforts for ongoing Dynatrace and Splunk onboarding/implementation, including setting up custom dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  • Implement application monitoring, synthetic, and real user monitoring solutions following best practices across the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Splunk administration, operations, or support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Splunk search, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
