Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our summer camp team as Program Assistants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead outdoor activities, develop weekly camp plans, and work collaboratively with participants, parents, and supervisors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outdoor activities and games that promote physical fitness and social interaction
  • Assist in the development of weekly camp plans and out-trip itineraries
  • Work collaboratively with participants, parents, and supervisors to ensure camp safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation throughout the summer season

Requirements

  • Grade 10 completion or equivalent
  • Three months of experience working with participants in a recreational or instructional setting
  • Satisfactory police information check
  • Emergency First-Aid and CPR-C certification
  • BC Class 4 Driver's Licence (for some camps)
