Job Title: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to join our team. As a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing input and advice regarding PeopleSoft configuration and business processes to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input and advice regarding PeopleSoft configuration and business processes to clients.
  • Build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of our client's customers, their business and project needs.
  • Anticipate problems and resolve them in order to ensure that the project is completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Participate in the development of processes and procedures for the implementation project.
  • Contribute to work planning and status reporting.
  • Perform accurate functional analysis by employing effective interviewing skills to recommend solutions.
  • Identify potential engagement opportunities for additional revenue generation.
  • Ensure satisfactory knowledge transfer to our client's customers during and at completion of a project.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record implementing PeopleSoft version 8.x from a functional perspective (any module) – at least two years of experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • An undergraduate degree or diploma with a concentration in Education, Administration or Business.
  • Demonstrate a solid history of success at work, a results driven and self-motivated individual.
  • A great team player with proven leadership and team building abilities along with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR (Human Resources), HCM (Human Capital Management) and/or Payroll.
  • Previous Consulting experience.
