About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in our specialty hospital. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill, and medically complex patients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse RN.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse RN.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- At least six months of experience as a Registered Nurse RN in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
