About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Return-to-Work program, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve a durable return to work.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience conducting Job Site Visits and Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans. A bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics is required, and strong negotiation skills are an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Job Site Visits to determine critical job demands or complete job coaching
  • Develop and monitor GRTW plans
  • Provide education on symptom management and ergonomic strategies

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in conducting Job Site Visits and GRTWs
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics
  • Strong negotiation skills (an asset)
Language Requirement

French language skills are not required for this position.
